The United States of America Embassy in Malawi is calling for individuals that were ever engaged in the US funded or sponsored exchange programmes to apply for its innovation funding opportunity.   The challenge which is called Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF)  provides the alumnus with funding to implement various projects focusing on themes such as enterprenuership, good governance, provision of assistance to the vulnerable or marginalised groups and climate change adaptation and mitigation.

The awards ranges from $5,000 to  $35,000. The funding opportunity was open in November, 2023 and will close on 21 January, 2024.
